Fresh sourdough bread is topped with creamy brie cheese and grilled to crispy perfection with Crystal Margarine. Sauté onions in Crystal margarine over medium heat, stirring frequently until deeply browned, remove from pan and set aside.
Wipe the pan clean and add apples and Crystal margarine. Cook over medium high heat until apples are slightly softened and browned, remove from pan and set aside.
Spread Crystal margarine on one side of two pieces of sour dough bread.
Spread the bottom piece of bread with dijon mustard, layer a few pieces of brie cheese, sautéed apples, caramelized onions, then arugula.
Top with the second piece of bread and grill over medium low heat until sandwich is golden brown and the brie is starting to melt.
